Hello and thank you for visiting my site. I am an Integrative Counselling Therapist, supporting clients’ personal development, relationships issues, sexual issues, empowering change, life stages, bereavement, redundancy, separation or divorce. I am specialised in trauma psychology, with extensive experience in supporting clients affected by sexual violence or psychological abuse during childhood or adulthood. I work with couples, individuals and groups.

There is not only one form of therapeutic response for any presenting issue. I am trained in several therapy approaches and offer various ways of working depending on your wishes and needs.

I work collaborative; depending on your preferences and needs specific methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), aspects of somatic therapy, or creative tools such as visualisations, art therapy and compassionate mind methods can be integrated into traditional talking therapy.
