There is not only one form of therapeutic response for any presenting issue. I am trained in several therapy approaches and offer various ways of working depending on your wishes and needs initially and during therapy.
I work collaborative; depending on your preferences specific methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), aspects of Trauma-focused CBT or creative tools such as visualisations, can be integrated into traditional talking therapy, if this suits you or if you would like to give it a go.
